Yes! Freezing is the mildest form of maintenance. As mentioned above our products are produced only from fresh and high quality raw materials. The vegetables are sliced and processed fresh on the day of production and after the product gets its final form it is frozen instantly. This ensures that you get on your dish all the nutritional elements of the product, such as the day of production.

Our products can be kept in the freezer for 14 months from the date of their production.
No. On the contrary, it is preferable to cook directly from the freezer to keep their shape when cooking.
Our breaded products deliver the maximum flavor and appearance as long as they are fried in clean, pre-heated oil. Alternatively, they can also be cooked in the oven after they have been sprinkled with some oil. The Penne Bolognese, the Pasticcio and the pizza are cooked in the oven following the instructions on the package.
