We started our activity in 1989 under the name “TAKE-Food Industry” producing innovative -for that time- recipes, inspired from the Asian cuisine. In particular, spring rolls, which was the trademark of TAKE at the time, and their authentic Cantonese recipe combined with excellent production quality was the key that opened the frozen food market to our company. In the course of its 28 years, our company ‘Eleni Nikolopoulou Ltd’, marching along with the quality guarantee in the frozen food business, continues to innovate and create products made of pure raw materials. Since January 2017, we respond with variety, taste, quality, honesty and respect to the nutritional requirements of society and introduce to the market a new series of vegan products, the Veganact, registered by “The Vegan Society”.
We recognize the importance of food safety and implement an efficient food safety management system based on the ISO 22000:2005 / IFS / BRC standards, aiming to minimize the risks to the production of our products. In order for us to be identified with the provision of high quality products, quality and safety policy is a top priority for us.
