What you will need:
For 2 pitas:
1 pack of veganact falafel vegan
2 Pita bread
1 large tomato
3 cloves of garlic fused
Juice of 2 lemons.
For hummus: 1. Boil the boiled chickpeas, add the tahini and half lemon, salt and garlic until it is smooth.
- Add lemon and salt until we like the flavor.
- If it is thick, dilute with the chickpeas juice
For pitas: 1. Fry Veganact Falafel vegan in preheated oil( preferably sunflower oil) for 4 min. Turn them around half the time.
- In the meantime, cut the onion and the tomato into cubes.
- In each pita add a spoonful of hummus and 4 falafel vegan, add tomato, onion, parsley and colander.
